Ian Schrager hosted the debut of PUBLIC’s signature restaurant Popular and the re-launch of PUBLIC Hotel. Friends, familiar faces, and newcomers alike gathered at PUBLIC Hotel on Chrystie Street for a tasting dinner, cocktails, and live music throughout Popular and pisco bar Cantina, celebrating a new beginning for PUBLIC and New York City. The dinner was followed by a rooftop celebration.
