Nordstrom officially kicked off its 125th anniversary celebration during New York Fashion Week with an intimate cocktail event at its NYC flagship, co-hosted by Nordstrom co-CEO Pete Nordstrom alongside designer Thom Browne and the CFDA, bringing together industry leaders, designers, cultural tastemakers, and longtime brand partners to toast the milestone.
Held at Wolf at Nordstrom NYC, the gathering welcomed an influential guest list spanning fashion, media, and creative communities, including Steven Kolb, Olivia Kim, Rickie De Sole, Jian DeLeon, Chloe Malle, Sara Moonves, Derek Blasberg, Andrew Rosen, Susanne Bartsch, Joseph Altuzarra, and more.
The event marked the first major moment in a yearlong anniversary celebration honoring the customers, employees, and brand collaborators who have shaped Nordstrom’s legacy over more than a century.
The celebration previewed Nordstrom’s broader 125th anniversary programming, which will include exclusive brand activations, special product launches, customer experiences, and storytelling initiatives throughout the year. The anniversary campaign honors Nordstrom’s heritage of style and service while setting the stage for its next chapter of innovation and connection with customers worldwide.
