New Yorkers For Children hosted their 16th Annual Fall Gala to benefit youth in foster care in New York City. Hosted by Alina Cho, Editor-at-Large, Random House, this year’s gala honored Steve Pemberton, Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion, and Global Chief Diversity Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, as well as Maya Haile and Marcus Samuelsson, Chef-Owner of Red Rooster Harlem and Streetbird Rotisserie, for their dedication to and leadership in creating brighter futures for our city’s most vulnerable youth. The evening also featured the exceptional young people whose lives have been changed because of their involvement with NYFC. The event included dinner, a programmatic live auction and customized casino games for guests to play during the cocktail hour.
