Celebrating Frieze LA, NeueHouse, the private workspace and cultural home for creators, innovators and thought-leaders became the stage for a plant-based dinner created by Landscape Artist, Lily Kwong and NeueHouse Executive Chef, Anne Thornton. Every course of the plant-based dinner was designed to highlight mushrooms, for either their flavor and/or their medicinal benefits, whilst every ingredient was organic, gluten free and locally sourced.
