Co-owner Ezra William hosted an Indonesian tropics-meets-downtown cocktail party to celebrate Wayan’s first anniversary with a high-octane performance by Beaujangless and music by DJ Matthew Mazur. Guests sipped on Tequila Casa Dragones on the rocks and a specialty cocktail for the occasion called “Yas Queen.” Signature dishes from chef Cedric Vongerichten were served such as satay skewers, mini corn fritters, clams Jimbaran style, caviar & crab atop tapioca chips, mushroom spring rolls.
