The who's who of the real estate community gathered to celebrate the highly anticipated launch of Lantern House, Thomas Heatherwick's first residential project in North America currently rising in West Chelsea on both sides of the High Line.
Following remarks from Dan August Cordeiro, Senior Managing Director at Corcoran Sunshine, Jeff Blau, CEO of Related Companies, and Bruce Beal, President of Related Companies, Thomas Heatherwick and James White spoke about their inspiration for the project. Guests toured the Lantern House sales gallery and throughout the celebration, enjoyed a raw bar, hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Music was provided by high-profile, New York City-based DJ Elle Dee.
