Following an exclusive launch event at ILIS in Greenpoint, Desolas Mezcal unveiled its highly anticipated Reposado, the first-ever aged Salmiana Agave mezcal from San Luis Potosi. Hosted by founder GG Mirvis at chef Mads Refslund’s acclaimed restaurant, the evening brought together media, tastemakers, and industry leaders to celebrate this groundbreaking release from the award-winning brand.
Guests enjoyed bespoke cocktails, curated bites from the ILIS culinary team, and a first pour of the elegant new expression, aged in ex-Bourbon barrels to reveal a layered, refined take on Salmiana agave.
