Perrier-Jouët has revisited the tradition of the banquet to realize new ways to connect people with nature, just as the movement which inspired Perrier-Jouët, Art Nouveau did. The banquet is the culmination of Perrier-Jouët’s collaborations with their Artisans of the Wild - Chef Pierre Gagnaire and designer Andrea Mancuso, with fellow Artisan Winnie Harlow experiencing the dinner with designers and Perrier-Jouët’s esteemed guests.
Designer Andrea Mancuso’s intricate bespoke glassware will form an integral part of Chef Gagnaire’s menu before the glasses go onto display at design festivals globally and in advance of retailing. Dancer and choreographer Bianca Li unveiled Metamorphosis to guests during the banquet. With harmonious movement and bursts of unbridled energy, she transformed the presentation of the glasses into a magical and unforgettable moment.
Model Winnie Harlow, meanwhile, helped to spark conversation between the guests thanks to her unique personality. She was joined by contemporary art gallerist Emmanuel Perrotin, who attended among other influential figures from the art community.
