Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) hosted its annual International Women’s Committee (IWC) Luncheon with premier sponsorship from The Related Group and supporting sponsorship from Carnival Corporation and Greene Street. The celebration honored Alexa Isbell Wolman, a PAMM trustee, executive, lawyer, philanthropist, and arts leader, for her transformative contributions to Miami’s cultural community.
The luncheon brought together more than 180 guests across art, business, fashion, and philanthropy and raised over $130,000 to support the IWC’s mission of advancing women’s representation in the arts.
Hosted by the IWC Steering Committee—which is chaired by Darlene Boytell-Pérez and includes Trixie Belo-Osagie, Carol Damian, Mireille Chancy Gonzalez, Jill Ginsberg, Alexandra Lane, Tish Squillaro, and Mindy Solomon—the program included a welcome toast by Carol Damian and remarks from Sandra and Tony Tamer, Director Franklin Sirmans, IWC Chair Darlene Boytell-Pérez, Curator Jennifer Inacio, Associate Curator Maritza M. Lacayo, IWC Steering Committee Member Jill Ginsberg, and honoree Alexa Isbell Wolman. Guests also toured Shadows and Traces: Selections from PAMM’s Collection, curated by Jennifer Inacio and supported by the IWC, which highlights female artists working in photography and printmaking.
During the luncheon, members voted on which PAMM exhibition led by a woman artist the committee will support in the upcoming year. The IWC is excited to announce that the 2026 IWC selected exhibition is a solo exhibition by artist Anina Major.
