The Female Founder Collective (FFC) hosted an intimate dinner at The Proper in Santa Monica, bringing together over 50 influential founders, operators, and investors to celebrate the launch of The Cabinette’s Inaugural Ascent Summit. The Summit marks one of several immersive experiences within the six-month program designed to help women scale their companies, plan exits, and build lasting personal wealth.
Born from years of shared experience across boardrooms, startups, and investment rounds, The Cabinette was created to address a critical gap in the female founder journey — the pivotal stage between early success and the next chapter of scale, liquidity, and legacy.
“We built the net we all wished we had,” says Rebecca Minkoff, Co-Founder of The Female Founder Collective. “This is the space I wish existed when I was trying to figure out my next big move - not just in business, but in life and legacy. The Cabinette is the room where we talk about what’s really next, and how to get there - with power, confidence, and support."
The Cabinette offers a carefully curated blend of curriculum and connection designed to accelerate growth through tactical strategy and high-trust relationships. Core areas of focus include: 1) Executive leadership and team strategy; 2) Capital access, forecasting, and financial independence; 3) Brand building, visibility, and asset protection; 4) Succession planning and long-term reinvestment strategy.
Notable attendees and founding members at the LA dinner included: Siffat Haider (Arrae), Elizabeth Chambers (BIRD Bakery), Casey Sarai (CAKES Body), Cerre Francis (Ciele Cosmetics), Lizzy Mathis (The Cool Mom Co), Danielle Nadick-Levy (Facile), Sarah Jahnke (Homecourt), Victoria Goia (Perelel), Tai Beauchamp, Louisa Schieder (Rowan), Heidi Zak (Thirdlove), and Rebecca Minkoff (Rebecca Minkoff, FFC).
“Women are building incredible businesses - and hitting walls when it comes to funding, scale, and sustainability,” says Ali Wyatt, Co-Founder of The Female Founder Collective and a founding partner of The Cabinette. “This experience gives women the tools, network, and confidence to push through those walls - and build what they were always capable of.”
Together, this inaugural cohort of The Cabinette represents the next evolution in female entrepreneurship: one that’s less about starting up and more about leveling up - with a roadmap, a network, and a seat at the strategy table. Because when women get rich, they reinvest. And The Cabinette is where that cycle begins. Lastly, the launch of The Cabinette and this unforgettable evening was made possible through the generous support of their partners: J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Lifeway Kefir, and TriNet.
