Ian Schrager and Arne Sorenson co-hosted an exclusive preview of The West Hollywood EDITION – the very first West Coast EDITION property which hopes to recapture the energy and spirit of California’s iconic Sunset Strip for the modern age. Upon arrival everyone was welcomed into the hotel’s grand lobby which features a Sterling Ruby hanging sculpture. Guests then made their way into the hotel’s landmark restaurant Ardor for a special family style dinner created by head chef John Fraser which welcomed 200 guests to enjoy a sumptuous meal of the freshest Californian ingredients.
During dinner a second wave of guests arrived for specialty cocktails on The Roof where DJ Allie Teilz played a special DJ set. Later that night Sunset, EDITION’s late-night music venue stayed open for another wave of guests; including a performance by Janelle Monae and late night DJ sets from Q Tip and Pookie.
