1stdibs, the leading marketplace for luxury goods, unveiled the New York debut of Object Permanence at the 1stdibs Gallery. Co-curated by Leah Ring and Emma Holland Denvir, Object Permanence is a quarterly exhibition series that was created with the initial intent of highlighting Los Angeles design talent. Each iteration of Object Permanence revolves around individual interpretations of a specific prompt, keeping the brief loose and allowing the participants freedom to express their vision and highlight their particular expertise in a broad range of materials. The opening reception drew in over 300 top designers, makers, and influencers.
