Glenfiddich celebrated the launch of one of its most exquisite whiskies ever, Glenfiddich Grand Cru, with a glamorous, opulent bash at Academy Mansion on the Upper East Side in Manhattan attended by a chic crowd of NYC notables.
Alysia Reiner from HBO’s The Deuce and Orange is the New Black, Martha Stewart andKevin Sharkey, Hudson News magnates James and Lisa Cohen, celebrity soiree ingenue Colin Cowie, Moda Operandi’s Josh Peskowitz, and Brandon Michael Hall(whose season two of his CBS show God Friended Me airs next week) all came out to celebrate the luxe launch. Grand Cru is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky aged 23 years by Glenfiddich and finished in the finest French cuvée casks. Inspired by both Scotland and France, the new liquid was passed out during a grand reveal in coupe glasses while bagpipe music played, all in front of an Eiffel Tower inspired structure made of Champagne flutes.
