Over 200 next gen leaders headed to Gurney's Star Island in Montauk for the annual Millennial Pink Party, which broke previous records to raise $50,000 for Planned Parenthood and Human Rights Campaign and captured national attention this week for its signature pink-hued advocacy. Now in its third year, the Millennial Pink Party has grown from a single event into a multi-day summit, in which a group of handpicked activists, changemakers, and influential voices participated in in a weekend designed to elevate two of the defining issues of our generation: LGBTQIA+ equality and reproductive healthcare.
With the support of committed brand partners — including BCBGMAXAZRIA, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bimble, Hemp Garden, and MĀSK — the invited guests were treated to a curated Hamptons itinerary including: a sunset dinner at George’s Lighthouse Caf e in Montauk with acoustic performance by Leah Kate, followed by an all-pink pajama party on ettitude silk sheets at the Millennial Pink House, morning wellness activation with the founder of hit workout class DanceBody, brunch by Wandering Bear Coffee and Daily Harvest, CBD facials by MĀSK alongside CBD beverages by Bimble, and of course, plenty of pink rosé by Whispering Angel and The Palm by Whispering Angel.
Saturday’s main event, which was produced by Lea Kadish of Leading Events, was held at the newly renovated Gurney’s Star Island in Montauk. With select guests dressed in pink BCBGMAXAZRIA outfits, the night included a range of pink-inspired activations including a “Snacks Fifth Avenue” candy bar and popcorn stand with local Montauk shop Candied Anchor, rosé garden area by Whispering Angel, and pink customized CBD-joints by Hemp Garden. The night concluded with a special performance by folk-pop star Yoke Lore on the Beats by BCBG stage followed by an official after-party at Surf Lodge.
