Saks Fifth Avenue and Outstanding in the Field (OITF) set a table for over 170 guests on the stunning grounds of Fireplace Farm in East Hampton to share the most fundamental and universal conversation: a meal. The menu was created in OITF’s pop-up kitchen by celebrated Chef Silvia Barban of LaRina Pastificio & Vino in Brooklyn, NY, a favored contestant of Top Chef Season 14. The multi-course feast featured ingredients from Fireplace Farm and other local food producers, with wines from Channing Daughters Winery in Bridgehampton.
Guests included Saks Fifth Avenue President Marc Metrick, Saks Fifth Avenue Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital Emily Essner, Sarah Bray and Julie and Dan Resnick.
