Bistro Ete in Water Mill, NY welcomed European watch brand Meerson Watches for the very first time to The Hamptons with an intimate and delicious Bastille Day celebration. Chef Ari personally curated an array of sweet hors d'oeuvres, such as chocolate covered foie gras truffles, which paired perfectly with each of founder Alexandre Meerson’s watch designs. Guests were also treated to Krug, naturally… The night ended with a heartfelt singalong of the French national anthem, La Marseillaise.
