Lalique, the iconic crystal house internationally revered as the epitome of French luxury, hosted an intimate dinner at its New York City flagship, Maison d’Artiste, in collaboration with chef, food stylist, and hosting expert Romilly Newman, who is known as “Gen-Z’s Martha Stewart.” The evening celebrates the launch of Newman’s Salon Series, in which the hosting extraordinaire curates exquisitely appointed dinners to foster connection and conversation.
Attendees included Elizabeth “Liz” Gilles, Romilly Newman, Sydney Lemon, Chi Ossé, Batsheva Hay, Andrew Tess, Alina Timo, Ann Dexter-Jones, Patrick Foley, Sean Dooley, Lauren McCarthy, Lilah Ramzi, Brandon Tan, Jenna Adrian-Diaz, and Jimena Garcia.
The evening featured a culinary experience curated by longtime partner and collector Chef Daniel Boulud, with libations including an assortment of Vignobles Silvio Denz wines, The Glenturret spirits and bubbles from Deutz. Newman curated the ambience for the evening, working alongside Oscar Mora to create stunning floral arrangements held in iconic Lalique pieces, as well as an expertly set tablescape featuring Lalique glassware, Bernardaud porcelain and Cristofle silver.
