Guests celebrated the grand opening of the Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York on Bastille Day. Executive Chef Shea Gallante prepared Parisian-inspired tastes and Pastry Chef, David Carmichael wowed with Bastille Day desserts. Guests snacked on Petrossian caviar and sipped Ruinart champagne exclusively out of Baccarat crystal. DJ Maximillian Spectre flew in from Paris to DJ the evening.
