More than 75 guests gathered at the Waterline Square Sales Gallery to celebrate the highly anticipated new location of Empellón Taqueria opening later this year at the development with an exclusive reception hosted by project developer and GID Development Group President, James Linsley, and Alex Stupak, the James Beard Award-nominated Chef and Empellón's founder. To celebrate the collaboration and Empellón’s fifth location, guests received an insider’s look at the upcoming culinary experience with a custom tasting menu and margaritas inspired by Empellón’s West Village roots.
