Over 50 invited guests gathered at Smogshoppe for the U.S. launch of Australian-based genomics company, myDNA. Upon RSVP guests were the first in the U.S. to try out myDNA’s nutrition, fitness, vitamin, and caffeine tests. Guests received their test results and personalized gene reports prior to the event where they received tools to turn their DNA into action from industry experts. Celebrity trainer and myDNA ambassador Luke Miltonhosted a personalized fitness class and recovery session with his fellow Aussie Training Mates. After the workout, a light lunch curated by nutritionist Whitney English was served. Following the lunch, a panel discussion titled “Personal Genomics: Turning Your DNA into Action” was moderated by Genevieve Farrell of Popsugar. The event concluded with massages, percussion therapy treatments by Theragun and a personalized gifting station.
