alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet celebrated a decade of alice + olivia retail stores with an event in Montauk– a nod to the first alice + olivia retail store which opened its East Hampton door in May of 2005. The opening of this initial store proved successful for the alice + olivia label; the following year the brand opened flagships in Los Angeles, New York City, and Southampton. Over the course of the following years the brand continued to accelerate their brick and mortar presence; to date alice + olivia has opened a total of 29 freestanding stores worldwide.
Bendet celebrated this achievement by hosting a bohemian beach barbecue (despite the rain) with friends and family at Hamptons hot-spot Gurney's Montauk Resort. Bendet was joined by notable guests including Alison Mosshart, Erin Wasson, Pete Yorn, Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor, Laura Love, Hannah Bronfman, Mia Moretti, Katie Lee, Fiona Byrne, Amirah Kassem, Brandee Brown, Ben Watts, Cleo Wade, Abby Elliott, Dorian Grinspan, Logan Horne, Kelly Framel, Jenne Lombardo, Heron Preston, and more.
