Following a New York City media tour, Tres Agaves Tequila hosted an intimate event to celebrate the opening of its first proprietary distillery, Tequilera TAP, located in Amatitán, the birthplace of tequila within Mexico’s Tequila Valley. Guests also celebrated the appointment of Tres Agaves’ new Master Distiller, Iliana Partida, marking the first time a woman has led the production of Tres Agaves Tequila, in addition to Tres Agaves’ shift to fully organic tequila production.
Guests enjoyed specialty tequila cocktails and food from new restaurant, La Central NYC, by Top Chef Masters alumn Chef Franklin Becker and located on the vibrant rooftop of Hotel Americano in Chelsea.
