The Wall Street Hotel hosted Sunset Over Wall Street: Ocho de Mayo at Bar Tontine bringing together celebrities, NYC-tastemakers and influencers for an exciting celebration to reopen the luxe rooftop destination. The event officially unveiled Bar Tontine’s bold new identity: a high-energy, tropical-inspired escape above the Financial District with an agave-forward culinary and cocktail program curated by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, featuring vibrant margarita creations with PATRÓN Tequila and ILEGAL Mezcal.
The evening drew a stylish crowd of celebrities, tastemakers, and media to celebrate the new era of hospitality downtown. This included Fashion Designer, Christian Siriano, Actress Mischa Barton, Kelly Killoren of The Real Housewives of New York and Model, Alex Lundqvist. Also in attendance were Model, Josephine Skriver, Influencer, Sophie Sumner and Actor, Ryan Cooper who enjoyed the night celebrating atop the luxe rooftop destination. The guest list also featured fashion designers Cynthia Rowley, Jill Stuart, and Marc Bouwer; celebrity chefs Candice Kumai, Claire Robinson, and Peter Som; Model, Katya Tolstova; and Restaurateur, Scott Sartiano. Musicians Emmett Skyy and Danny Kiramos, and Artists, Ryan Mcguiness, Mister Kaves and Buff Monster where also at the rooftop celebration, along with Celebrity Hairstylist, Ric Pipino, Musician, Scott Lipps, Creative Director, Thomas Hayo and Photographer, Jesse Frohman.
From the moment guests arrived, the rooftop came alive with energy - featuring dynamic DJ sets by Alexa Dark and AKU, spontaneous performances, live tattoo art, and personalized tarot readings, creating an experience that was both intimate and electric.
