40 Bleecker -- NoHo's newest and most anticipated residential development -- topped out and reached its full height, making it one of the tallest new buildings in the neighborhood. To celebrate, an on-site sneak peek hardhat tour at the 12-story luxury residential development was held and attended by project developers Raymond Chalme and Daniel Blanco of Broad Street Development, Ed Rawlings of New York City architecture firm Rawlings Architects and world renown AD100 celeb-interior designer / fashion darling Ryan Korban. Douglas Elliman Marketing Group, who is exclusively handling sales and marketing for 40 Bleecker, was also present including President and CEO, Susan De Franca, and sales team members Fredrik Eklund of "Million Dollar Listing: New York" fame, John Gomes, and Sarah Burke.
