VIPs and local guests gathered on Brickell Key to celebrate the grand opening of Ikigai, the latest concept from Mexico City's renowned Grupo Ikigai. The evening featured a captivating 300-pound bluefin tuna cutting ceremony led by Chef and Partner Ignacio Carmona, who brings over 30 years of Japanese culinary expertise to Miami.
Guests enjoyed passed sushi, sake, and signature cocktails, while founders Juan Jose Xacur and Andres Lebrija joined in the ribbon cutting to mark the debut of what’s already being called Brickell Key’s best-kept secret.
