Bird in Hand celebrated the launch of its new Nest Egg Joy Sparkling Pinot Noir 2015 vintage. The exclusive black-tie event and four-course dinner took place at the winery’s 80-acre property situated in South Australia. It was attended by friends of Bird in Hand, including special guest, fashion designer, model and author Alexa Chung, who flew from the UK to Adelaide specially for the event.
Guests were entertained into the night with performances by Australian singer Odette and Australian indie pop duo Client Liaison, as well as viewing exclusive new artwork from German born artist and one of the founding fathers of performance art Ulay (Ulay – Whose Water is it?) and Mexican-American artist Raul De Nieves, regarded for his appreciation of Catholic baroque tradition (Ceremonial Alien of Metal Exits IV) from Bird in Hand’s private onsite collection.
