The Standard and Amazon celebrated the release of Luca Guadagnino's latest film Suspiria, with an intimate dinner, after party, and immersive experience unlike any other.
The dinner scene was a recreation of the iconic ballet studio from Guadagnino's 2018 Amazon thriller in the High Line Room at The Standard, High Line. Guests entered an enclosed, box-like space with mirrored walls, vintage stacked televisions, and a misty red ambiance. The evening kicked off with a live, immersive experience inspired by the film - complete with screaming actors, flashing scenes from the film, and a sense of panic in the air. Following dinner, guests made their way to Top of The Standard to continue the fête, where they were joined by fashion, film, and creative industry notables for a night of cocktails and dancing.
