The festivities kicked off on a beautiful sunny day, with Molly Kate Kestner singing the National Anthem and Ellen Pompeo throwing out the ceremonial polo ball in a chic ensemble. As always, the event turned out to be an amazing day of fashion and style with everyone donning their daytime best. Throughout the afternoon Kendall Jenner, Christina Hendricks, Victoria Justice, Mandy Moore, Rosario Dawson and more sipped Rosé in celebration of Veuve Clicquot’s 200th anniversary of creating the world’s first Rosé champagne. Kaley Cuoco, Rebel Wilson, Justin Hartley, Ellen Pompeo and Garcelle Beauvais stomped the divots during the match intermission and enjoyed the Champagne celebrations.
More than 6,000 spectators watched world-renowned polo player Nacho Figueras of Team Veuve Clicquot take on Team Will Rogers for an exciting, action-packed match. Nacho’s wife Delfina Blaquier played alongside him during the match, leading Team Veuve Clicquot to a 7-6 victory.
