Award-winning Australian winery Bird in Hand presented the 10th annual anniversary of the Heath Ledger Scholarship at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. The scholarship awards the opportunity to talented individuals to convert creative ambitions to reality as well as demonstrate passion for their work with potential to be outstanding in an international context. Guests in attendance at the event included Heath Ledger's father Kim and sister Kate Ledger, actors Eka Darville, Abbie Cornish, Luke Bracey and Damon Herriman as well as many other talented guests. The Australian/ Zimbabwean WA actress, Charmaine Bingwa, was named this year’s recipient of the Health Ledger Scholarship exhibiting distinctive and unique creative potential.
