Theory celebrates the power of female leadership by launching a conversation and workshop series called Career Day. An extension of Theory’s panel series, Be Heard, Career Day focuses on conversation between two guests. Career Day’s first conversation was held between friends: top makeup artist and founder of Westman Atelier, Gucci Westman, and celebrity stylist, Leslie Fremar.
