"We chose Oxomoco because, to us, the spirit of Modern Mexico is at the heart of LALO Tequila. When we started LALO five years ago, our goal was to honor our roots while capturing Mexico’s energy and ethos today,” shares LALO Co-founder, David R. Carballido. “That same vision is reflected in every detail of tonight’s dinner, a celebration of Mexico’s diverse regions and craftsmanship. From the plates, glassware, and napkin rings, each carefully sourced from different regions to honor its artisans, to the very space we’ve gathered in, every element tells a story. We wanted to bring this experience to New York and share it with our friends of LALO. This is the year of LALO and Modern Mexico, and we strive to be that portal.
