During the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, Haute Living’s Haute Wine Society celebrated the launch of Assemblage 5 by Richard Geoffroy ‘Chef du Cave’ with an intimate dinner at Catch Miami Beach. The creator of IWA Sake, who has also been with Dom Perignon for 28 years, was joined by Haute Living Chairman and CEO Kamal Hotchandani, Haute Media Group Senior Vice President April Donelson, Rohan Marley, Black Eyed Pea’s JRey Soul, designer Naeem Khan, model Madlena Kalinova to name a few.
It was an evening filled with love, passion and friendship, with even a touch of magic as magician Anna DeGuzman performed an impromptu performance with Naaem Khan and Madlena Kalinova, and Jrey Soul, lead singer from the Black Eyed Peas sang acapella.
During each course, guests sampled IWA Assemblage 5’s 2020-2023 bottles along with Catch’s signature dishes that included Hamachi Crudo, Wagyu Gyoza, Miso Glazed Sea Bass, Prime New York Strip and a Strawberry Shortcake Kakigori for dessert.
