Saks Fifth Avenue celebrated its first onsite experience at Frieze New York with a cocktail party co-hosted by Colby Mugrabi―founder of the academic daily digest Minnie Muse.
A first for the brand, Saks, in partnership with Mugrabi, created an art-inspired exhibition and high-design lounge, in tribute to the evolution of Saks, one that encapsulates the history of retail, graphic design and branding from the early 1900s through today and into the future. Guests were invited to explore the visual chronicle of the luxury retailer’s storied branding as well as sit, relax and enjoy refreshments as they toured the fair.
Guests included Mary-Kate Olsen, Thania Peck, Jessica Hart, Jean Pigozzi, Nausheen Shah, Fiona Byrne, Casey Fremont, Eliza Johnson, Olivia Perez, Carly Cushnie, Samantha Angelo and Brandon Davis.
