The Whitney Museum held an inaugural dinner event at its new location in The Meatpacking District. The black-tie event was to celebrate the donors of the museum and featured an appearance by the city’s former Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, singer Rufus Wainright, and the building’s architect, Renzo Piano.
