The Cattle Baron’s Ball, Dallas’ most successful fundraising event for the American Cancer Society, hosted an exclusive party at Rodeo Cold to unveil the logo and theme for the 2025 ball. Co-chairs Courtney Derderian and Nina Sachse invited past ballchairs and active members to join in celebrating the exciting reveal. This event offered a sneak peek at what promises to be another extraordinary Ball.
As guests stepped in wearing their best cowboy boots and fringe, they were greeted by vibrant neon lights and the thrilling announcement of the logo and theme, “All Cylinders”, which was displayed on TVs throughout the restaurant as well as set upon a backdrop with a larger than life guitar. The 2025 logo has motifs of bandanas and guitars, with a color palette of Rock n’ Roll Black, Burgundy Saloon, Canyon Clay, Antique Brass, Deep Burgundy, and Pure White.
The room filled with energy as attendees eagerly discussed the upcoming Ball’s vision and what it would bring. Members sipped on signature cocktails served in custom cowboy boots and cowboy hat cups, including the SouthFork Slushie, All Cylinders Go, 1-0-2-5-2-0-2-5, and the Fifty-Two Step. Each drink was crafted to honor the deep roots of Texas and included Bacardi rum.
The venue, Rodeo Cold, is well-known for its one-of-a-kind Texas-inspired appetizers, like the Bandito Frito Chili Pie, Softcore Corn and The Wing-Man. Guests indulged in these flavorful dishes, adding a delicious touch to the evening’s festivities.
Members were also capturing the moment in front of the themed backdrop, featuring a large white guitar with the 2025 logo, mingling with friends new and old, and enjoying the atmosphere at Rodeo Cold.
