Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing international marketing programs, including media partnerships, brand partnerships, influencer partnerships, and events. This role will require a balance of strategic thinking, relationship building, and strong organizational skills. This position will also act as a key liaison both internally and externally to ensure marketing plans are organized, activated and communicated across the business to all partners.

Role Priorities:

• Manage strategic & innovative 360 planning for product launches and key activations

• Execute media partnerships (digital + OOH), through all planning and execution stages

• Execute strategic brand and influencer partnerships

Performance Requirements:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand merchandising and companywide priorities

• Partner with merchandising team to ensure all assets needed across all marketing channels are communicated to brands and delivered to MO in a timely manner

• Work with and manage timelines and deliverables with Media agency

• Scope and determine media partner alignment with MO’s campaign objectives for every campaign

• Work with creative team to create and deliver all assets for campaigns

• Analyze campaign insight reports & communicating findings to internal stakeholders

• Manage influencer program, including influencer outreach, support in execution and making sure all activity is on equity, and recapping all activity

• Execute brand partnerships, across hotel, lifestyle concierge, travel, media, and other brand partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with proven 5-7 years of marketing experience

• Demonstrate understanding of digital media landscape and ability to identify alignment with Moda Operandi’s brand equity

• Knowledge of influencer usage

• Proven commercial experience of working in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of creating positive impact on business through media, brand partnership, and influencer strategy

• Extremely well-organized, methodical and efficient

• Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly promote Moda Operandi’s offering

• Creative and strategic thinker

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Strong MS Office skills

• Collaborative, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude
