The Senior Manager of Regional Public Relations for North America will drive regional brand awareness for both Retail & Wholesale through targeted outreach to local media in Coachs focus regions by pitching regional outlets (print & online), concepting story angles and securing press to support the brands positioning as global modern luxury brand. This role reports directly to the DVP of North America Marketing & PR.

-Pitch and secure regional editorial coverage including product placement and features for Womens and Mens collections (including handbags, ready-to-wear and footwear) in line with global editorial strategies
-Establish and maintain relationships with key local accounts, influencers, editors, stylists, and publicists
-Manage and liaise with local PR agencies and support them all with PR assets to secure local coverage
-Create one-sheeter concepts to drive regional placements (such Retail and Wholesale store openings, local product pushes and key market holidays such as: Valentines Day & Mothers Day)
-Align with Global PR team to ensure creation of PR assets for distribution to local editors across all channels
-Standardize and coordinate monthly press recaps integrating all of the local agencies initiatives
-Stay informed on all industry news, especially regarding Coach competitors across all channels and categories
-Bachelors Degree with 7 - 10 years of relevant PR experience
-Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external partners
-Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for business
-Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast paced, deadline driven environment
-Some event experience preferred
-Must be willing to travel (20% of time) and work some weekends
