Description:
THINK PR, a full service, Boutique Public Relations Agency is looking for a full time Junior Account Executive to work on Hospitality and Lifestyle accounts. Must have 1 year of experience in the PR field.
Writing press releases, media alerts and client briefing documents
Attending and running events and coordinate press attendance
Serving as daily contact with media and clients
Actively pitching to media outlets, secure strategic press coverage in top national, regional and online media outlets
Cultivating and maintaining media relationships
Generating weekly/monthly reports and event recaps
Managing daily activity and submit daily reports
Working on strategic planning and client initiatives
Internet researchPhoto shoots
Event planning and execution
Must be willing to travel occasionally
Requirements:
Must be very detail oriented and organized
Must have impeccable writing and phone skills
Must work well in a team environment
Must have a firm understanding of what PR is about
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
Must have a desire to learn about PR and want a career in PR in the future
Must bring creative ideas to the table and contribute to brainstorms
Candidate will attend client meetings, so must have clear communication skills
