The Brand Guild is a fully-integrated communications and marketing agency that builds the most dynamic brands in commercial real estate, food & spirits, consumer lifestyle, and the tech-enabled new economy.  Our all-in approach to brand creation and storytelling creates critical momentum for our clients through a suite of services that includes strategy, public relations, marketing, design, experiential, and content. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development to join the TBG team who can spearhead new business opportunities end-to-end, including proposal development, pitch decks, financial modeling and contract negotiations in addition to agency marketing including but not limited to case study development, website updates, TBG-centric social content and more. 

Note: This position is hybrid with 2 days in office.

You will:

Work alongside our AVP of Growth to vet, nurture and groom potential clients

Support and collaborate with executive and leadership teams as well as team members across Strategy, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Events, PR

Take the lead on RFPs, RFIs, proposals, presentations and agency partners for both national & regional clients

Craft financial models and complex price quotesIdentify areas to enhance our existing business development processes

Manage a high volume of incoming new business inquiries with prompt responses and smart recommendations for next steps

Improve and maintain new business pipeline documents with prospective client targets in order to keep the Growth Team on track and organized

Act as an ambassador on behalf of the The Brand Guild

Help project manage all external growth marketing projects on behalf of the Co-CEOs and agency (i.e. events & networking opportunities)

Research industry and client category trends and regularly integrate insights, thoughts and key findings into your new business outreach

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft tools (word, excel, etc.)

5+ years of agency experience in business development (PR agency experience is a plus)

Ability to independently manage multiple projects with changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
