Description:

Factory seeks an Account Manager to join its growing Digital+Social Media team. The candidate should possess an insatiable hunger for innovation in the digital world, an impressive portfolio of content-driven campaigns you’ve ideated and facilitated, a keen understanding of the latest measurement tools, social media and influencer marketing trends.

The position calls for an experienced communicator, a strong creative strategist, enthusiastic social media consumer and participant whose contact list is filled with influencer friendlies.

This position will be New York or Los Angeles-based and report to the Head of Digital. You will be implementing impactful campaigns and tactics for clients in fashion, beauty, tech, and design.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceive innovative and brand-appropriate social content ideas and develop captions to support

Collect assets and schedule content on respective social platforms

Plan and maintain weekly/monthly social media calendars for multiple clients

Proactively think about ways in which we can work towards increasing brand awareness, optimize engagement and drive revenue for clients based on their brand needs

Develop and maintain lists and contact databases (NY & LA influencers/agents/creators)

Work in tandem with other members of Digital & PR teams to conceptualize and implement influencer programming (both organic seeding and paid)

Negotiate fees and deliverables

Manage contracts, invoices and budgets

Package and seed mailers

Monitor for and clip all influencer posts as it pertains to client campaigns and always-on strategies

Research upcoming talent and influencers across all social platforms

Provide partnership suggestions for clients and campaigns

Create reporting for all divisional clients

Follow digital industry news to keep wider agency informed

Maintain client agendas

Requirements:

Genuine interest in beauty, tech, innovation, fashion, pop culture, influencers and communications

Knowledge and experience in executing paid partnerships, especially through platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

Ability to read and assess digital analytics

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

Experience working on social media strategies through various social media platforms such as facebook manager, Instagram and TikTok

Ability to multitask and not let things fall through cracks

Exemplary organization skills

5 years of relevant Agency experience

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Photoshop

Have positive can-do attitude

Be an avid observer of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and media trends
