The A List is seeking a highly effective, creative, friendly and collaborative Brand Partnership Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company.

The role is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple accounts and managers while building relationships with digital influencers and the brands at The A List. The person should have a passion for the digital landscape and be able to work across many categories including but not limited to fashion, beauty, tech, health and wellness.

Roles + Responsibilities:

*Ideal candidate to have a preexisting knowledge of celebrities and digital influencers across multiple social platforms, including: Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Schedule meetings, calls and appointments and maintain calendars for partnerships team

Support on digital influencer campaigns including (and not limited to) updating client status reports, placing orders for products, maintaining spreadsheets, submitting invoicing, etc.

Manage and update all digital project wrap reports and case studies

Provide support on all digital projects and admin as needed

Maintain and establish industry contacts with digital influencers across the fashion, lifestyle, fitness and beauty sectors

Understand/participate paid campaigns from: offering ideas on creative strategy, curating the list of creators, managing agreements, creating campaign recaps, gathering all analytics (summarizing client KPI’s, impressions #, sales driven, etc.)

Day-to-day client management for your designated brand accounts

Create pitch materials and case studies for potential clients

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred.

1-2 years relevant job experience

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment

Must possess superior understanding of existing social media landscape including new and innovative tools, platforms, vendors, and technologies

Must have knowledge for influencer performance marketing

Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.

Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment.

In-depth knowledge, understanding and experience with Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Blogs etc.), Keynote, Photoshop and Gsuite
