The A List is seeking a highly effective, collaborative and friendly Senior Account Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company.
This role is responsible for managing multiple accounts that live in the showroom, which is highly trafficked by celebrities, stylists, influencers and tastemakers. Brand categories include fashion, beauty, tech, health and wellness, with an emphasis on sustainability.
Roles + Responsibilities:
Day-to-day client management for designated accounts includes:
Identifying brand targets for each brand to gift via in person showroom appointments with talent directly, their PA, stylist or facilitating gifting via send outs.
Handle stylist sample requests, online orders, and showroom pulls
Track social media accounts and photo agency sites daily to find placements and send to clients
Upkeep ongoing reporting for various clients including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports — analyzing + summarizing data (calculating total impression #, examining trends, gathering feedback, and sharing insights, etc.)
Assist in the showroom as needed — physical tasks may include: unpacking shipments, organizing back stock, re-stocking showroom floor, etc
Ideal candidate must have a preexisting roster of celebrity contacts, personal assistants, stylists as well as talent publicists & managers
3+ years relevant job experience -- prior agency experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment
Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
Knowledge and experience with Google Docs, Google Slides, Instagram, & TikTok
