KWT Global is looking for an Entertainment Marketing internal account team leader who will display the confidence and skill level to serve as a day-to-day client and partner lead. Someone who will excel at implementing all aspects of an integrated Entertainment Marketing program inclusive of talent and influencer relations, red carpet and special events, etc. from ideation to execution. The candidate must have a passion for the entertainment world and understand the pop culture zeitgeist and how to leverage this world to build brand awareness for our clients.

Senior Account Executive, Entertainment Marketing duties will include:

Account Management 

-Maintain daily contact with client as relevant for organic and paid celebrity opportunities; establish trust and maintain strong relationships 

-Possess ample client-facing experience and can navigate client calls and unexpected client questions

-Assist team on paid partnerships, from outreach to contract negotiations/redlines, and management of talent deliverables

-Proficiency in account administration, including drafting of account activity reviews, managing spreadsheets and assets, tracking inventory across samples and gifting, coordinating send outs, tracking budgets, etc. 

-Manage deliverables and tasks for Associate Account Executive and Fellow/Intern colleagues on relevant accounts 

-Service top-tier media with celebrity dressing photos with follow up media tracking 

-Experienced at monitoring social and photo agencies to secure imagery of VIP placements 

-Oversee and manage sample requests, gifting programs and dressing tracking; coordinate logistics for stylists and talent dressing opportunities 

-Special event support - list development, oversee RSVP management, management of weekly time & action calendars, etc. 

Strategic Thinking & Planning 

-Displays ownership and passion for clients, their competitors, industry and subject material, making proactive, strategic recommendations based on developing news and insights 

-Experiment with new ideas that will benefit client programs and agency new business efforts and iterate based on key findings and results 

-Have a “finger on the pulse” of entertainment world happenings and key talent updates

-Understands the role celebrity/VIP and entertainment programming plays in the broader scope of the client’s business  

-Demonstrate a mastery of talent and celebrity relations, inclusive of ideation and strategy building, through execution 

-Demonstrate an interest in new business, from potential brands to involvement in pitches

Requirements:

-3.5 years’ agency-based PR experience with direct experience with VIP and celebrity programs and activations ·      

-Consistent client-facing experience 

-Experience handling/negotiating paid talent and/or influencer deals 

-Strong writing, presentation and analytical abilities

-Strong knowledge of the entertainment and pop culture world 

-Strong influencer, celebrity and VIP relationships  

-Interest in helping to build the entertainment marketing business

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

-A sense of humor with a can-do attitude
