Our company is seeking a candidate for a Sr. Manager role to join the lifestyle team, supporting senior level staff across best in class culinary and hospitality clients.
The ideal candidate would be joining our dynamic team, and should be enthusiastic, dedicated, and culture obsessed.
Candidate will be part of PR Consulting’s Lifestyle Division in New York and report directly to the Sr. Culinary/ Lifestyle Director.
The role:
- Support senior staff in the ideation and development of strategy supporting client’s goals
- Pitch and secure media coverage on client activity
- Ideate creative pitch and media angles and concepts
- Manage media requests for photo shoots and editorial features
- Liaise directly with clients and manage day to day account activity
- Create media alerts, releases, and other press collateral
- Support in the planning and execution of events and brand activations
- Work with team on monitoring and circulation of coverage reports
- Research and share analysis on top trends within the luxury/lifestyle/hospitality industries
- Demonstrate strong relationships with target press and influencers
- Build and maintain target media lists
- Support in influencer seeding strategy and logistics
- Minimum 5-6 years experience with relevant brands in the culinary, hospitality and lifestyle industries
- Strong written and verbal communication to skills to effectively and concisely communicate ideas to clients, media, senior team members and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of hospitality, culinary, lifestyle media landscapes
- Proven track record in securing top tier coverage in print, online, broadcast and new media
- Strong grasp on the digital landscape
- Capacity to troubleshoot and build creative solutions
- Superior time management skills, ability to work quickly and efficiently, prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic and collaborative attitude
