The A List is seeking a highly effective, collaborative and friendly Senior Account Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company.
This role is responsible for managing multiple accounts that live in the showroom, which is highly trafficked by celebrities, stylists, influencers and tastemakers. Brand categories include fashion, beauty, health and wellness, with an emphasis on sustainability.
Roles + Responsibilities:
Day-to-day client management for designated accounts includes:
-Build relationships across networks at a senior level that can be mobilized to drive client return on investments
-Strategically identify brand targets and new talent for each brand to gift via showroom appointments with talent, PA’s, stylists or via send outs
-Track social media accounts and photo agency sites daily to find placements and send to clients
-Be a key point of contact for clients and talent
-Handle stylist sample requests, online orders, and showroom pulls
-Upkeep ongoing reporting for various clients including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports — analyzing + summarizing data (calculating total impression #, examining trends, gathering feedback, and sharing insights, etc.)
-Assist in the showroom as needed with incoming product
-Ideal candidate to have a preexisting roster of celebrity contacts, personal assistants, celebrity stylists as well as talent publicists, agents & managers.
-6+ years relevant job experience -- prior agency experience preferred
-Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment
-Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
