Description:

Monitoring the owner’s email and responding when necessary

Organizing travel and itineraries

Organizing and planning meetings

Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings

Conducting or preparing any research that the owner may require

Record notes and messages for the owner

Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences

Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the owner

Perform as a liaison between the owner and staff as required

Act as the first point of contact for the owner as necessary

Manage the owner's calendar and appointment scheduling

Read and write correspondence in mail or email form

Requirements:

Computer literacy

Verbal and written articulacy

Professional discretion

Efficiency

Well-developed time management skills

Strong organisational skills
