You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all marketing and event activities for all clients. You will conceptualize and execute strong marketing campaigns as needed for clients. For events, you will manage and execute all event logistics, working closely with each client to ensure the overall look and feel is on brand. You will work closely with Gnazzo Group’s Founder to curate a guest list specific to each event or activation. This position, reporting directly to the President, will manage all client marketing and event needs with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships, ideation of campaigns, event logistics and influencer marketing.

Overview of Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

Marketing and Events Responsibilities:

Marketing:

-Developing creative, multi-pronged paid and earned influencer campaigns across different industries per client, as required

-Generating original ideas to amplify client’s efforts through Influencer Marketing and socially driven partnerships

-Originating campaign concepts for clients that can earn shares beyond the paid spend

-Overseeing the execution of an inspiring and results-driven influencer program that powerfully articulates and amplifies the client's goals

-Collaborating with clients to determine product focus for each campaign and ensure messaging & programming meet KPI’s

-Overseeing all influencer content, ensuring usage rights and contracts are up to date and easily accessible by internal team members

-Handle negotiations with influencers for any paid opportunities

-Manage and oversee celebrity and influencer dressing campaigns during events as appropriate

-Develops strategic marketing plans and establishes annual marketing budgets through the review of competitive data, demand analysis, and market mix management on behalf of clients as needed

-Work with clients to identify potential onsite activations that can drive ROI and push messaging for certain client initiatives

-Market Research: conduct market-level research, such as SWOT analysis, competitive set studies, and paid marketing surveys to test current and/or new service levels and product concepts for clients as needed

Social Media:

-Develop social media strategies for clients as needed including a full competitive analysis, breakdown of social media voice, creative direction of content and more…

-Coordinate posts for clients as needed across all social media platforms including (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter etc…)

-Manage success of posts, providing clients with monthly reports of activity and best performing content

-Work closely with content creators to book shoots as needed per client

-Oversee Gnazzo Group’s social media to ensure company platform’s audience growth, heightened brand awareness in the Miami market and mention key clients through visuals and links

Strategic Partnerships:

-Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners for effective collaborations and present opportunities to clients on an ongoing basis

-Outline any proposed deliverables for partners and / or handle negotiations on behalf of clients to ensure optimal results

-Manage partnerships, ensuring both parties are meeting agreed upon deliverables in a timely manner

-Track results that arise as a result of partnerships

Events:

-Curate and design impactful events for clients as needed, ensuring their goals are being met

-Curate targeted guest lists per event that will draw the right crowd to each activation

-Handle budgets for all clients

-Handle all event logistics related to the events including full scale production and staffing

-Manage incoming RSVPs for each event and provide recaps accordingly to the clients

-Handle all necessary walkthroughs for each event

-Act as the main point of contact with vendors for all events and handle load ins and load outs accordingly

-Ensure all projects are completed thoroughly and presented in a “client – ready” manner

Requirements:
