We have an exciting opportunity for high-performing, pro-active individual to join our Global Franchise and Distributionteam, as International Marketing Manager, Global Franchise and Distribution. The role focuses on interpreting and translating The Rug Company’s central marketing strategy into an integrated andlocalized communications strategy for the ROW markets, with focus on Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe. Reporting into the Global Distribution Director, you will be the dedicated marketing point of contact for the Franchisees and Distribution Channel and will assist the Global Distribution Director in driving business objectives and making sure allmarketing activities are aligned with the growth of this channel.

Requirements:

• Work with internal marketing team and Global Distribution Director to translate in-house marketing strategy for Franchise and Distribution partners

• Identify, develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies where appropriate for ROW

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing channels including Email, PPC, SEO, Social, Display, Affiliates as well strongnumerate and analytical skills, proficient in using Google Analytics, providing ongoing and ad hoc insight oncampaigns/activity including ROI analysis

• Work with partners to localise and deliver culturally relevant social media strategies by market

• Develop onboarding processes for new Partners, providing best-in-class brand partner service to set themup for long-term success

• Proficient at building relationships with creative and content teams to brief international campaign assetsensuring they are optimised and relevant

• Responsible for TRC WeChat account: Content and agency management

• Create, manage and update TRC Domain on Cloud Service for all TRC Marketing and Branding assets

• Co-ordinate translations of content and literature where applicable

• Represent the ROW in wider marketing teams, bringing expertise and local market insights

• Ability to coordinate across wider marketing teams to ensure a joined up omni channel approach

• Continually seeking out and identifying trends, insights and new opportunities to optimise marketing effortsand budgets, proposing new and creative growth strategies

Competencies:

• A proven track record in a global communications/ marketing role in the luxury industry

• Excellent team player and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels both internally andexternally with partners
