BCENE PR, a nationally-recognized, award-winning PR agency, is currently seeking a remote senior public relations account manager, ideally with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in national lifestyle PR to include beauty, wellness and CPG brands.
The next BCENE PR senior account manager is a self-starter and independent expert - you will own the day-to-day relationship management of key agency accounts and external media contacts and influencers. You will be the right-hand rockstar to the founder of a quickly growing lifestyle PR agency. This position is perfect for you if:You're an absolute pro with managing client relationships, creating PR plans, media list building, traditional media outreach and pitching, building influencer networks and handling crisis communications. You are a boss with writing, organizing, educating and simply getting 'ish done––like yesterday.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
+Serve as the primary client contact on assigned public relations accounts.
+You are responsible for ensuring strategies are integrated, highly trackable, deadlines are met, and quality of work is always client and media-ready. You should feel comfortable coordinating and implementing multiple projects and programs from kickoff to completion — with little-to-no supervision
+Establish weekly meetings or calls, creating agendas, setting kick-offs and responding promptly to all phone calls and emails. Lead client meetings and conference calls and follow up with meeting notes and to-dos both internally and with client teams. Proactively seek feedback from clients
+Actively participate in the strategic planning process in conjunction with leadership and translates marketing plans into timelines, budgets and to-do lists with Asana
+Achieving exceptional outcomes for current clients and managing an extended portfolio ensuring consistency of service is delivered in line with company policy+ Maintain projections, including maintenance and reconciliation of client budgets, billing and approval of invoices, and quarterly projections and monthly reconciliations
+Provides reporting of time and budget spent on each account.PR SAVVY
+Enjoy an extensive network of media contacts and long-standing relationships with national editors, writers, freelancers and influencers
+Develop creative, engaging pitch angles and timely hooks that translate across media markets including trade, consumer, and digital/blog platforms
+Develop pitch-related content such as media alerts, press releases, email pitches, and suggested sponsored content and works with media contacts and influencers to secure placements
+Keep apprised of account’s brands/products/services/marketing developments as well as trends and competition within the industry to ensure all communications are on the cutting edge of industry standards
+Highly responsive with media & clients
+Balances analytical thinking and approaches with creative ideas and long-term vision
MANAGEMENT
+Manage & oversee a small team of strategists, copywriters and coordinators
+Serve as quality control on all deliverables to ensure they are on-strategy, on- message, up-to-par with client expectations and always catered to the strategic marketing objective
