We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team! Key activities include email communication, filing, data entry, office supply management, and running any additional tasks to help serve talent management and founders.
- Log all projects with complete project details into Syngency
- Issue invoices to customers Assist Bookkeeper with collections
- Streamline reports to influencers Act as office manager to coordinate internal birthday events, order office supplies, etc. (under budget supervision by Bookkeeper)
- Serve as primary interface with project management system on technical issues, updates, etc. Research, present and implement office projects to increase efficiencies
- Oversee any and all office functions – such as internet service – as directed by Partners Interface with brand on billing platforms and vendor setup
- Assist with keeping Client information up-to-date
- Assist bookkeeper with projects as needed

- Candidates should have a college degree, or equivalent business experience.
- Works well under pressure and would be comfortable in a start-up environment where all employees are required to be flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Google Docs. QuickBooks knowledge helpful.
- Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
